Protect your future with our reduced fee Wills packages

In response to a high volume of enquiries that we have received, we have put together an affordable package for Will preparation services. 

Our firm’s fees for preparation of a simple standard Will is $440 for an individual or $660 per couple (inclusive of GST). The fees include:

  • attendances on clients over the telephone;

  • preparation of a Will that will be emailed for execution outside our office; and

  • reasonable amendments to the Will.

Recognising the government’s social distancing measures, our fees are reduced to take into account the online nature of the provision of these services.

These packages are suitable for clients who:

  • may arrange execution of their Wills outside our office;

  • have straightforward testamentary intentions; and

  • do not have any need for complex trusts e.g. special disability trusts.
